Basketball Relay
- I created this lesson as a freshman during PED 222. It was one of the first lesson plans that I taught to a group of homeschooled kids. I wanted to create a simple but fun activity that involved the game of basketball. The students were able to work on the basic skills required for the game basketball. |

Battleship
- This lesson was also created in PED 222 and as you can see, it is very basic. The concept of the lesson was to get the students to work as a team as well of demonstrating the skills of throwing with accuracy. Having the knowledge I have today, I would go back and get deeper into the objectives and focus more on student engagement. I would also focus on more detail while creating the lesson. |
Hockey
- In this lesson the students were expected to participate and work together as a team. They seemed to really enjoy the game but had issues with following some of the rules. After assessing them throughout the lesson, I would change the aspect of the game and make it so the students had to pass the ball (puck) so many times before shooting. This would incorporate more teamwork and eliminate arguing. |

Frogger
-Frogger was a lesson that I created in the fall of 2020. This lesson was designed for the students to be challenged in comprehension and also application by bringing science into the lesson and corresponding it to the game. They were being assessed throughout the game based on their movement patterns that aligned with the standards. After reflection I noticed I could have explained the rules a little more clearly in the beginning of class. |

Badminton
- This is my most recent lesson plan created. The students are being taught the basic skills of the game badminton. They are being assessed on using proper form throughout. A the end of the lesson the students had a better understanding of how to strike a birdie and play with a partner. |
